Every Dakchi rug is made by hand. If something is not right with yours, we want to hear about it.

We have not published a written warranty yet. To check what applies to your rug, write to us and we will reply to you personally.

01Your order number, or the date and where you ordered.
02The name of the piece, if you know it.
03What you have noticed, and when.
04A few clear photos. You can send these on WhatsApp, or reply to our email with them attached.
