Shipping

Every piece is packed by hand. Made-to-order pieces need extra time before they are dispatched; we will tell you how long when you order.

Within India

We confirm the shipping cost and delivery time with you when you enquire or order.

International

For orders outside India, message us with your country and we will quote shipping before you pay.

Import duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside India, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country, unless we state otherwise at checkout. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Returns

You can return unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Made-to-order and custom-size pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How to return

1. Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We will confirm the return and send you the address to ship it to.
3. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging and send it with a tracked service.
4. Once it reaches us and we have checked it, we will refund you to your original payment method.

If your piece arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
